Everything we've learned in this domain is concentrated in Raven Eye — our UDL-native EMSO common operating picture, at TRL 9. It carries an operator from first notice to coordinated response through a six-stage arc (Watch, Detect, Correlate, Diagnose, Advise, Coordinate) across four operational planes, with deterministic, defensible analytics and an append-only audit throughout.

From SVU and RF COP to Raven Eye

The Spectrum Viewer Utility and the RF common operating pictures we built on customer programs proved the patterns — UDL-native ingest, real-time visualization, anomaly and interference detection, defensible analytics. Raven Eye takes those proven patterns and packages them as an Alethia-owned product. SVU and the RF COPs were delivered for customers and are not Alethia-owned products; Raven Eye is.
